During the Audi Polska Club Meeting, we created a relaxation zone with professional massages. Our goal was to provide participants with a moment of relaxation and at the same time promote the health and comfort of drivers. Challenge

Long hours behind the wheel cause back pain, muscle tension and fatigue. Drivers often experience stiffness in the neck and shoulders. That's why the Audi brand wanted to show that it cares not only about driving comfort, but also about the health of its users. Our task was to create a place where rally participants could regenerate and learn how to take care of their bodies during long routes.

Solution – Professional Mobile Massage Zone for Events

Outdoor relaxation tent During the event, we provided a spacious relaxation zone where participants could receive massages. To create a pleasant atmosphere, we took care of:

• Three massage stations - two tables and one massage chair, adapted to different needs.
• Experienced therapists - three of our best masseurs with extensive experience in event management.
• Aromatherapy – delicate scents of oils relaxed the senses and improved well-being.
• Relaxing music - gentle background sounds allowed you to relax and reduce stress.
• Flowers and decorations - attention to aesthetics made the relaxation zone a pleasant place to rest.

Individual approach to participants Each participant who received the massage also received a short consultation regarding back health. Our therapists:

• They explained how to properly adjust the car seat to avoid overload.
• They suggested what exercises to do after a long ride to relax your back.
• They advised us on how to take care of our posture and reduce muscle tension.

Results

1. We served 38 event participants, providing them with professional massages.
2. We emphasized Audi's image as a brand that cares about drivers' health.
