What do I need to take with me for my first visit to Poznan SPA?

We provide our guests with disposable footwear and underwear, towels and, if the treatment requires it, a bathrobe. If you have long hair, we can also provide a hair tie or cap to protect it. The only thing you need to remember is the SPA voucher, if you have one, and this is how you will pay for your visit. Get to know our Poznan SPA team and choose the perfect SPA therapist for yourself.

Do I need to prepare in any way before my first visit?

Eat a small meal no later than an hour before the procedure and do not drink alcohol beforehand. If you use body peeling, we suggest not to epilate your body for 2 days before the treatment. Also remember that menstruation is a contraindication to massage, so when planning your visit, make sure that you can benefit from the treatment.

I want to take advantage of SPA treatments right after work, I can't remove my makeup beforehand.

It's not a problem. Before each facial treatment or massage, we always remove makeup and thoroughly cleanse the skin. In the case of a body massage, you decide whether you prefer to remove the makeup or leave it on.

Can I choose a specific therapist when booking? I prefer a strong massage from a gentleman rather than a lady.

Of course! We care about your comfort and satisfaction. If you have your own personal preferences regarding the choice of a masseur, you can choose it yourself in the booksy system or inform us about it when making a reservation and we will do it for you!

Can I cancel the treatment if I don't arrive?

In accordance with the good practices of our SPA, you can change or cancel a previously scheduled visit. You can do this free of charge up to 12 hours before your visit, otherwise you will have to cover the costs of the visit.

Where can I park when going to ChillCity?

Our Poznan SPA is located in the very center of Poznań, so you can leave your car in the parking lots in the zone. We recommend looking for a place on Kościuszki or Taczaka streets, and if you don't want to waste time looking for a place, we recommend parking at 1 Skośna street or in front of Galeria MM.

Can I take a shower before the treatment?

Of course, this is possible. However, you must take into account that we are not always able to extend your treatment due to subsequent visits. Therefore, shower time is most often included in the time of your visit.

Can I wear makeup if I'm having a facial?

Yes - you can safely come wearing make-up. Regardless of whether you are scheduled for a facial or facial massage, we always start with a thorough cleansing of the skin. This is a key stage that allows us to carry out the entire ritual safely and effectively. First, we gently remove makeup and impurities, and then proceed to proper cleansing. We also often use peeling with cleansing particles, which smoothes the skin and increases the effectiveness of the treatment. If your skin is sensitive or you prefer a milder form, we can perform an enzyme peel or, at your request, skip this stage altogether. We make sure that your face is perfectly prepared - and you can fully enjoy its refreshment, illumination and relaxation.

Can I drink sparkling wine in the SPA?

In accordance with the Act of October 26, 1982 on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism, we do not serve alcoholic beverages to our guests at Chill City SPA. It is possible to individually arrange the serving of other non-alcoholic drinks. It is also worth remembering that you should not use saunas, massages or other SPA treatments after drinking alcohol.

Do I need to pay a deposit for my appointment?

If you are visiting us for the first time, then yes, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the appointment value. It confirms your booking, allows us to reserve your therapist's time and helps us prepare everything for your visit. After booking, we will send you a secure PayU payment link.
