How is the visit going?

A visit to Chill City SPA as part of the Family Duo package is a unique experience that combines relaxation and beautiful moments together. To make the entire process comfortable and peaceful, it is particularly important to properly prepare the child before the visit, especially if it is his or her first visit to the SPA. It's worth talking about what to expect in advance and reassuring them that it will be a pleasant and safe experience.

After arriving at the NH Poznań hotel, where our SPA is located, please sit in the lobby and wait for the SPA therapist. The therapist will approach you, greet you and ask you to fill out a consent form for the massage to ensure proper care and safety.

Then we will invite you to the prepared office, where the following will be waiting for you:

• fresh fruit cocktails and small snacks,
• bathrobes and disposable shoes for adults,
• disposable underwear - for children, the massage is performed in their own underwear, without the need to change clothes.

When you are ready, the therapists will begin to perform the massage - in an atmosphere of peace, gentleness and full adaptation to your individual needs.

We want this visit to be not only a moment of deep relaxation, but also a beautiful memory spent together.
